BDR Wanted | Agentic AI | RPA | B2B SaaS
Salary - Circa £35/40k plus OTE(50/60k)
Hybrid(Mondays and Tuesdays they work out of their Bond street HQ)
A high-growth AI startup is expanding fast across the UK, and they’re looking for a Business Development Representative to help drive it. This is a chance to join a company at the forefront of conversational AI and intelligent automation, helping enterprise customers rethink how they deploy AI at scale.
The Role
You’ll be right at the front line of growth, owning the outbound motion, qualifying inbound leads, and working hand-in-hand with senior sales leadership to shape how the U.K. GTM engine runs.
Expect full access to a modern sales stack, sharp marketing support, and the chance to make your mark from day one.
What They’re Looking For
1–3 years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with mid-market or enterprise exposure
Bonus points for experience selling into Higher Education, Healthcare, FS, or Retail
Strong prospecting chops, cold email, calling, and LinkedIn
Familiar with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, growth-driven teams
Excellent communicator who’s curious, structured, and motivated by impact
