The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—connecting with businesses, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our services. No prior experience? No problem! We provide a comprehensive training bootcamp to set you up for success.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualify leads and book meetings for senior consultants
• Build strong relationships and contribute to the sales pipeline
