Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help us grow our footprint and take our vision to the next level.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the construction sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and local authorities
- Lead tendering and bidding processes in partnership with the estimating team
- Attend industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to increase brand visibility
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry news to inform strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and project success
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, ideally within construction/shop fitout or a related field
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the UK construction landscape
- Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and trust
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and not afraid to chase big goals
