What we are looking for :
Building strong commercial and long-term relationships using Onshore-offshore-delivery based development, support and implementation with key account clients and prospects within the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Industry.
- This includes building key and target relationships, expanding our footprint within BFSI clients and maximizing revenue opportunities to an annual sales target.
- Manage Sales & Business Development process / pipeline for ITC Infotech to ensure we achieve our sales targets
- Working with other Senior Managers / Directors / Partners to market, sell and deliver offshore delivery based solutions and engagements.
- Working with the offshore team for Bids and RFP.
- Accountable to the Partner responsible for the BFSI Industry in the UK.
- Building deep and long-lasting client relationships to enhance the reputation of ITC Infotech as a trusted advisor and generate ongoing revenues
- Maximize contact with key accounts, key contacts and other critical people across the group and focus efforts to obtain new work and generation of new enquiries for ITC Infotech
- Ensure that ITC Infotech is on relevant tender lists and preferred supplier lists
- Contribution to the development of though leadership and marketing collateral.
Skills required:
- Ten or more years’ experience of Enterprise Software or Application Managed Services sales within the BFSI industry with primary focus in working with mid-tier clients.
- Proven business development capabilities with a strong track-record of converted opportunities in UK .
- Proven business development manager who is used to working to targets.
- Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within the industry.
- Proven experience of working in an onsite/offshore model and selling and representing teams delivering in the onsite/offshore model effectively
- Proven experience of selling Managed Services and Fixed Price project based out of offshore.
- Proven experience within consulting and ideally also within BFSI organizations with an excellent working knowledge in the same domain.
- A clear track record and evidenced ability to network and rapidly engage with their existing networks
- Proven track record in generating new business, developing new key accounts and delivering profitable industry / customer sector growth or delivering successful programs within UK
- Good understanding of proposition development and high impact client presentations
- Exceptional customer awareness, long term relationship building and relationship building skills including account planning, account marketing and brand building
- Excellent communication, consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Team player with the ability to deliver projects and to work within integrated, multi-disciplinary project teams
- Ability to understand customers and articulate their needs
- Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
- Clearly demonstrates an ability to develop rapport and relationships with customers at all levels
- Adopts a positive ‘can do approach’ demonstrating energy and enthusiasm building customer relationships and networks.
