We’re hiring: Business Development Manager – Partnerships & Growth (UK and International)

London Women’s Clinic (part of JDH) is growing fast and we’re looking for a hands-on BDM to build referral partnerships and drive measurable growth across the UK.

You’ll be building and managing a partner pipeline (GPs, consultants, private hospitals, corporates/benefits, local networks), turning relationships into results , and working closely with clinic and marketing teams .


What success looks like (first 6–12 months):

✅ Strong pipeline of new/refreshed referral partners

✅ Clear growth plan by territory with regular reporting

✅ Consistent partner engagement


You’ll be a fit if you’ve:

Proven partnership BD track record in healthcare (fertility a plus)

Strong commercial instincts + disciplined CRM habits

️ Confidence presenting to clinicians, partners, and senior stakeholders

Experience & qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in business development / partnerships (healthcare, fertility, private-pay clinical services, or closely related sectors).
  • Track record of closing B2B partnerships and converting opportunities into measurable revenue.
  • Comfortable working with clinical stakeholders and understanding how clinical/operational realities affect commercial delivery.
  • Strong commercial numeracy: forecasting, pricing intuition, and the ability to build simple business cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; credible in senior stakeholder meetings


This role is based onsite at 112 Harley Street with regular visits to LWC sites. Travel will vary by partnership needs.

This is a full-time position (40 hrs per week) based in Harley Street, although travel between our other clinics may be required from time to time.
