* Proven sales success within Medical Devices, ideally within a Theatre setting
* Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
* A strong understanding of the South West territory.
Role Responsibilities for a Business Development Manager
* Identify and analyse the market, key customers, trends, NHS funding routes and purchasing bodies.
* Demonstrate key account management skills, listening to customer complaints and needs, understanding and addressing concerns in a reliable and efficient manner.
* Deliver excellent customer service whilst maintaining focus on the patients’ needs and consistently identifying opportunity to deliver added value.
