As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include…
* Proactively identify & develop new business opportunities through outreach/research
* Qualify leads and build a healthy, high-converting sales pipeline
* Positively engage with prospects and clients through effective communication
* Understand customer needs, asking questions and being inquisitive
* Build strong, lasting client relationships with collaboration
* Contribute ideas and energy to the agency’s continued growth
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with the following skills and experience…
* Ideally at least 2-3 years of experience in business development (B2B)
* Experience within marketing or media is preferred but not essential
* Strong communication, negotiation, and cold-calling skills
* Happy to proactively call prospects & hold conversations with senior decision makers
* Proactive, positive, passionate, curious team-player that takes pride in their work
* Willingness to learn a slightly technical product and talk about it with authority
In return, the successful Business Development Manager will receive a salary of up to £30,000 plus uncapped commission OTE £55,000+ , plus the following benefits…
