As demand for our solutions continues to increase, we’re expanding our London-based commercial team and are hiring Business Development talent at both junior and senior levels. We’re looking for people who want to be part of that growth story and play a direct role in building and scaling the business.

Role Overview

Both roles are outbound-focused and centred on opening doors and driving revenue. Depending on experience, you’ll either join as a Junior Business Development Representative, with clear coaching and progression, or as a Senior Business Development Manager, owning deals end-to-end.

Business Development Representative (Junior)

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn, grow, and develop closing skills in a scale-up environment.

You will:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound outreach
  • Spend significant time on phone-based outreach
  • Introduce prospects to Relm’s payment services
  • Book meetings and build early-stage pipeline
  • Learn how to run discovery calls and progress opportunities
  • Develop the skills to close deals over time, with support and coaching
  • Maintain accurate CRM records

You bring:

  • Some B2B sales experience (preferred, not essential)
  • Confidence, resilience, and comfort with outbound calling
  • Strong communication skills and coachability
  • Interest in payment services
  • Ambition to progress into a closing role


Senior Business Development Manager

This role is suited to an experienced sales professional who can generate pipeline and close deals.

You will:

  • Drive outbound and inbound sales activity
  • Self-source opportunities and work qualified leads
  • Run discovery calls and manage opportunities through to close
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and influence outcomes
  • Own pipeline, forecasting, and revenue delivery
  • Help refine sales processes as the business scales

You bring:

  • Proven BDM, SDR, or closing sales experience
  • Background in payments or financial services
  • Strong commercial judgement and deal-closing ability
  • Comfortable owning targets and revenue
  • Preferred: experience or strong interest in crypto payments


What both roles have in common

  • Self-starters who take ownership of results
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and client conversations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
