What youll be doing:
Speaking with warm leads and conducting fact-finding sales calls
Understanding customer needs, budgets and priorities
Recommending and selling insurance solutions from leading UK providers
Handling objections and closing deals
Delivering excellent customer service while hitting sales targets

What it takes to succeed:

Essential:
Motivated, results-driven attitude
Strong sales mindset and target focus
Confident phone and email communication skills
Ability to quickly build rapport and influence decisions
Evidence of potential to succeed in sales

Desirable (not essential):
Telesales or phone-based sales experience
Private Medical Insurance or financial services knowledge
Competitive, commission-driven background
