What You'll Do: As a Business Development Manager, you will:

Win new business and develop lasting customer relationships. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Conduct on-site technical surveys and issue quotations. Manage a quote bank and drive reporting initiatives. Cross-sell products and services while keeping up-to-date on relevant technologies. minimise credit disputes through clear communication. Support quality initiatives, such as ISO 9001 and NSi Gold.

Who You'll Work With:

Report directly to the CEO. Collaborate with the Sales team, Technical Support Engineers, Operations Director, and Maintenance Team Manager.

Your Qualifications:

GCSE Grades A-C/NVQ Level 2/3. Background in security and/or building technologies. Proven track record in new business generation with a strong hunter/closer profile. Experience in key account managem...
