We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our leading seal solutions manufacturer, supporting growth across a thriving region.
About the Role Based in the South of England, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, building lasting relationships, and driving the adoption of our high-quality sealing solutions across a breadth of industries. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and translating those into compelling, value-driven solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities within both new and existing accounts.
* Representing our brand and product range to potential clients across several market sectors.
* Acting as a trusted advisor, understanding technical requirements, and shaping tailored solutions in close coordination with engineering and support teams.
* Managing the entire sales process, including presentations, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and closing deals to exceed set targets.
