National Business Development Manager

Security Services | UK-wide

£35,000–£40,000 basic + strong uncapped bonus

We are working with a well-established and growing UK security services provider looking to appoint a National Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UK.

This is a role for a true hunter — someone who understands the security services market and enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term contracts.

The Role

  • Proactively identify and win new business across manned guarding, mobile patrols, and wider security services
  • Target commercial, industrial, retail, and corporate clients nationally
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract award
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Represent the business at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
  • Deliver against agreed revenue and growth targets

About You

  • Proven track record in B2B sales within security services (essential)
  • Strong new business development skills — not account management–led
  • Comfortable selling contracts and solutions rather than price alone
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially driven
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Full UK driving licence
