Business Development ManagerScotland (Field-based - regular travel required)£50,000 DOE + uncapped commissionWe are working with an established and growing B2B energy & transport solutions provider to recruit a Business Development Manager in Scotland.This is a field-based role focused on driving new business, developing strategic partnerships, and growing key accounts across a range of sectors.The RoleYou will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of services including fuel supply, payment solutions, partner networks, and value-added services for fleet-based businesses.The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from identifying and securing new business through to onboarding and ongoing account development.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a regional business development strategyIdentify and secure new business opportunities across sectors such as transport, logistics, construction, agriculture, and industrialBuild and manage a strong pipeline of prospectsManage and grow a portfolio of key accountsDeliver a consultative sales approach, identifying opportunities to cross-sell multiple servicesRepresent the business at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitionsPrepare proposals, pricing structures, and commercial agreementsMaintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM activity Requirements Proven experience in business development or field salesBackground in fuels, energy, logistics, fleet services, or a related sector is advantageousDemonstrated success in winning new business and managing a territoryStrong commercial awareness and ability to structure profitable dealsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work autonomouslyFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively Package Competitive base salary with performance-related bonusCompany vehicle or car allowanceOpportunity to work with a broad, multi-service offeringClear scope for progression within a growing organisationProfessional and performance-focused working environment For further details on this excellent opportunity, please call Daniel Allan on 07812 436964 or email Brightwork offers the services of a recruitment agency for permanent roles and a recruitment business for temporary roles.JBRP1_UKTJ
