As our Business Development Manager you will be responsible for: Develop new customer relationships and expand market share. Increase recurring revenue through maintenance and monitoring contracts. Identify new sectors and opportunities for growth. Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical insight and innovative solutions. Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the entire journey. Work closely with administration and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery. Mentor sales team members on KPIs and development strategies.
