Our client are a market leading brand with ambitious growth plans. As a result of their growth they are now seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to support the Retail and Call Centre Operations to drive new business and manage key national accounts.
The role will be based in Brentford but some travel to visit clients will be expected.
ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identify and manage both the existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.
* Design and implement new marketing and sales business proposals that create opportunities.
* Identify trends and customer needs and respond effectively to the needs of each customer.
* Work with the stores and call centre to maximise business opportunities from inbound enquires.
* Create and continuously develop a list of potential Regional National Accounts from own market research and available databases.
* Account management of Key national accounts ensuring customer satisfaction through regular engagements on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
* Develop Chamber of Commerce relationships.
* Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy
