Now, were scaling, and were looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help fuel our growth. Youll be instrumental in introducing Fairgame to new markets, new clients and new revenue streams . With Londons best street food vendors, unique event spaces and expertly crafted drinks menus to get the good times flowing, at Fairgame, youll find the ultimate experience all under one roof. About the role: As Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for actively driving new business into Fairgame . This means: Proactively identifying, targeting and securing new clients, partners and revenue opportunities
Owning and managing third-party relationships (online listings, agencies, partnerships and brand collaborations)
Constantly looking for new ideas, new routes to market and new ways to grow
Being out and about networking, hosting, meeting people and representing Fairgame wherever you go
Working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing team to build booker incentives, campaigns and activations
Managing your own budget, pipeline and calendar of activity
Supporting wider sales and events functions to ensure group quarterly targets are exceeded whilst also achieving personal targets
This role is part office-based, part site-based , and requires someone comfortable working independently, structuring their own day, and holding themselves accountable. Self-motivation, resilience and consistency are key. Benefits: Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 - based on experience
Bonus: discussed upon offer
Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays increasing by 1 day for each year of service
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Office based - Monday to Friday
