Sudbury, Suffolk | Office-based with flexibility | 30 40K basic salary + uncapped commission from day one

We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager who’s ready to hit the ground running, build their own desk, and genuinely enjoy coming to work to recruit!

You’ll be someone who:

* Has solid business development experience - new business exp is a must!

* Is confident, comfortable, and ready to learn 360 degree recruitment

* Loves networking, building relationships, and spotting opportunities

* Is exceptionally proactive, self-motivated, driven and people focused

* Wants autonomy, ownership, and the freedom to grow, explore and add real value

* Cares about quality, service, and long-term relationships – not just numbers
