Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive\n\nUp to £40,000 DOE + high uncapped OTE\n\nWe are recruiting for a Field Sales Business Development role with a company who offer a wide range of business tech services such as Fire & Security (CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Fire Systems) Telecoms (Telephone Systems, Connectivity & Mobile), Managed Print Services (Photocopiers, Printers, Scanners) and IT (services provision and support)\n\nOne of your first ports of call will be for you to sell your own specialist product of experience into the existing customer base of customers – for example, if you are coming from a Managed Print / Photocopier sales background one of the first things you will be aiming to do is sell this product into the existing base of customers who are already with the company for something else.\n\nProven B2B sales and new business development experience within one of these specific product areas is essential, and with your existing knowledge of one of these areas you would now also be able to sell new additional products and services as well, giving you many more revenue streams to generate sales and profit from.\n\nThis is a 360° sales position where it would be your role to also identify, pursue, arrange meetings with brand new prospects and close sales opportunities throughout the whole of Central Scotland, with multiple products and revenue streams being available to you to do so.\n\nYou would be looked upon to develop and further grow your accounts and manage them effectively, creating further opportunity from them with the vast range of business services that the company provide. You must be very personable, extremely self-motivated and have exceptional communication skills, and also have a full driving licence.\n\nThis position has genuine incredible earning potential and is one that greatly rewards sales achievement. Basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, with top performers earning double this amount through bonus earnings.
