Business Development Manager – EMEA (Technical Solutions) UK-based or Europe (remote within region) Full-time | Permanent
We are working with a leading international technology company specialising in advanced test and measurement solutions used by global equipment manufacturers and service providers.
As part of continued growth across the EMEA region, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business development, channel partnerships, and technical sales activity across multiple countries.
The Role
This is a hands-on, commercially driven role focused on identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities across the EMEA region.
You will act as the primary commercial and technical interface for customers, partners and resellers—helping them understand and position advanced solutions within complex engineering and network environments.
The role combines strategic business development, partner management and technical customer engagement, requiring strong commercial capability and the ability to operate credibly in technical discussions.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business growth and achieve agreed sales targets across the EMEA region
* Develop and execute annual sales plans with key partners and internal stakeholders
* Build, manage and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through CRM systems
* Engage directly with customers to identify requirements and shape technical solutions
* Work closely with channel partners, resellers and distributors to develop capability and drive revenue
* Support product evaluations, demonstrations and technical discussions with engineering teams
* Attend customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions and conferences across the region
* Provide structured market feedback to internal product and engineering teams
* Ensure strong alignment between customer requirements and delivery capability
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in business development or technical sales within a B2B environment
* Strong track record of new business generation and revenue delivery
* Experience working with channel partners, distributors or reseller networks
* Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment with travel requirements
Desirable Experience
* Background in telecommunications, networking, data centres or test & measurement
* Understanding of networking technologies and infrastructure environments
* Experience selling complex technical or engineered solutions
* Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar technical field
