Are you a go-getting, experienced Business Development Manager looking for your next venture? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join a leading travel industry specialist, covering the North of England.
In this BDM role, you’ll be responsible for increasing trade sales within the designated catchment area to exceed agreed targets. Proactively initiate and follow through all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, continuously seek out new sales opportunities that offer a positive ROL whilst establishing our client as the single, unified platform for booking specialist experiences within the industry.
Our client’s ideal candidate will bring a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine drive to succeed. Naturally outgoing and passionate, you thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences and take pride in going above and beyond expectations. As a confident communicator, you’ll engage with energy and enthusiasm.
On offer is a salary circa £30-35k, with a generous bonus structure (up to 22%) and excellent benefits. Opportunities to learn are extensive and you’ll have the chance to travel and experience the amazing products they sell.
This is a full-time role and a flexible approach towards working hours is a must. There will be occasions where you will be working away from home, often working in the evenings and weekends.
