Location: Home-based with nationwide travel with occasional travel to Hertfordshire.Salary: Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Commission (OTE >£85,000)OverviewWe are working with a well-established and growing organisation within the security systems sector.Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager to support expansion across the UK.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing key client accounts.The Role You will be responsible for driving new business while maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.Key responsibilities include:Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UKMeeting with prospective clients to present solutions and win new contractsManaging and developing an existing portfolio of clientsBuilding strong relationships with key clients and FM companiesAttending industry seminars and networking events where requiredSupporting overall business growth strategyAbout YouProven experience in a business development or sales-focused roleStrong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsSelf-motivated, confident and results-drivenCommercially aware with a proactive approach to growthExperience within security systems, facilities management or a related industry is highly desirableCompetent in Microsoft Word and ExcelWhat's on Offer£45,000 - £65,000 basic salary (depending on experience)Car allowance17% commission on new businessRealistic OTE of up to £85,000+Pension schemeDeath in service benefitLaptop and mobile providedFull training on internal systems
