Our client is a dynamic and expanding organisation within the logistics sector, working closely with customers to deliver tailored, cost-effective distribution solutions. Their focus is on providing efficient, reliable, end-to-end logistics services while building long-term partnerships with their customers.
About the Role
This role is responsible for the identification, development, and management of new client business within a challenging, fast-paced, and competitive market. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business acquisition in line with the company’s agreed growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue in line with agreed commercial objectives Build, manage, and maintain an active sales pipeline to achieve or exceed annual targets Proactively prospect, develop, and nurture new client relationships using effective networking strategies Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality presentations and commercial proposals Collaborate with the commercial team to develop efficient, cost-effective logistics solutions for prospective customers Project manage new business wins and implementations, working closely with customers and internal operational teams Plan and execute s...
