About Us
Construction Site Recruitment (CSR) is a specialist recruitment partner to the construction, civils, utilities, and rail sectors. We have bold growth ambitions, we're known for our hands-on, honest approach and long-standing relationships with clients and candidates alike.
We're now looking for a Business Development Manager with strong industry connections to help us grow our client base across the UK.
The Role This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep knowledge, and connections within the rail, civils, utilities, or construction sectors to build a flexible, high-earning recruitment desk on their terms.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying and onboarding new clients across your network
- Building lasting relationships with hiring managers, project leads, and directors
- Working closely with our delivery team to fill vacancies across trades and labour, white collar, or specialist roles
- Representing CSR with professionalism and integrity
What You’ll Get
- 5% commission on all placements made with your new clients – uncapped earning potential
- Full back-office and delivery support from our internal team
- Flexible working – ideal for someone who cannot or does not want to commit to the standard Monday–Friday, 9–5

What We’re Looking For
- Proven relationships across the rail, civils, utilities, and construction industries
- Confident communicator and natural connector
- Self-starter mentality with a desire to succeed on your own terms
- Prior recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential – your network and commercial drive are what count
