  • Proven BDM Experience: Strong track record in business development, origination, and relationship management within specialist property finance.
  • Broker Network: Access to an established network of brokers and introducers to drive new bridging and development finance business.
  • Results-Driven: Motivated by financial success and hungry to close deals.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive and eager to source new clients and secure new business opportunities.
