An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a successful sales team operating across Ireland. This role is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated professional with a passion for building long-term customer relationships and delivering outstanding commercial results.
About the Role: This position supports both retail and commercial clients. You will engage with in-store retailers, interior designers, architects, fit-out companies, and end-users to develop and deliver commercial projects. You'll use a consultative sales model to build and maintain a pipeline of major projects and strong, sustainable business relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your territory autonomously, including relationships with retailers, architects, interior designers, main contractors, developers, and end-users.
* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focused on expanding the customer base and building key partnerships.
* Drive new business through a mix of digital and face-to-face interactions, delivering high-quality, professional sales experiences.
