THE ROLE: Field-based across South England (South of Birmingham), selling to Consultants, Surgeons, Nursing Staff and senior stakeholders. Driving adoption of advanced 3D surgical microscopes via trials, education and account development.


THE TERRITORY: South England (Birmingham South)


Candidates must have 3+ years’ success selling capital equipment into theatre, with strong business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.


The Package for Business Development Manager:

• Basic: £50,000 - £60,000

• Commission: £24,000+ uncapped

• Company car + full benefits
