A well-established and growing provider of fire and security solutions, with a long-standing presence in the industry, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued expansion within its electrical sales division. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a reputable organisation within the sector. This role is perfect for a Regional or Field Sales professional within the industry, if you are security biased then this is a bonus!

Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities. This is a field-based role involving prospecting, client engagement, and delivering tailored fire and security solutions. You will also work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and within required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across a variety of sectors
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
- Build and manage long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and product offerings
- Accurately record and report on all sales activity and performance

About You
We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused individual with a strong background in sales.

Requirements:
- Field sales experience within the fire and security industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical products and present their benefits effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Full UK driving licence
