Business Development Manager Salary: Circa £50,000/£55,000 + Commission (flexible for the right candidate) Location: Scunthorpe | Hybrid (office & remote working) This is a new business hunter role. If you thrive on generating sales from scratch and turning prospects into loyal clients, this Business Development Manager position could be your next big challenge. We're looking for someone with a service led background and a proven track record of winning new business, ideally in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or retail. You'll play a pivotal role in driving growth from scratch, building relationships with e-commerce brands that need a reliable 3PL partner and shaping the commercial direction of the business.
