Business Development Manager – Education Recruitment

Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Start date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time Hours: 7:15am–5:00pm (reduced hours during school holidays)

Basic Salary: £33,500–£40,000 (depending on experience) Realistic First-Year OTE: £45,000–£60,000+ (uncapped commission)

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by developing relationships with schools, academies, and trusts. This is a front-end, sales-focused role, with clear ownership of new business activity and performance.
