Hours: Full-Time | Office-Based | Monday-Friday, 8:45am-6:00pm
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 basic
OTE: £90,000-£125,000 (Year 1) | £150,000+ uncapped (Year 2)

The Opportunity

An established and fast-growing property auction business is expanding nationally and is now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Valuer to support continued growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial team with clear progression opportunities and an uncapped earning structure.

The Role

This is a client-facing role combining business development and valuing , focused on:

Winning new business by developing partnerships with:

Estate agents

Solicitors

Property professionals

Generating auction listings through self-sourced opportunities

Carrying out property valuations and advising vendors on auction strategy

Managing and developing existing client relationships

Maximising revenue from partner accounts

Representing the business professionally in both face-to-face and virtual environments

The Ideal Candidate

You will be an experienced property professional with a strong background in valuing or branch management and a proven ability to generate new business.
You will be:
Tenacious, driven, and self-motivated

Confident in self-generating leads

A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Comfortable with cold calling and presenting to groups

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 5 years' experience at Valuer or Branch Manager level

Proven track record of new business generation

Property auction experience desirable (but not essential)

B2B sales experience advantageous

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Competent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms

Ability to present effectively in both physical and virtual settings

Accurate reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance

Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence

UK-based

Ability to provide references upon request
