We are working exclusively with Gaytri UK on an exciting Sales Manager role focussed on the UK market.

Gaytri Introduction
Gaytri is a long-established industrial manufacturing business specialising in flexible hose systems and related transfer solutions for bulk fluid and gas applications. Established in 1979, the company manufactures a broad range of products including metallic and non-metallic hoses, hose assemblies, quick release couplings, camlock couplings, dry disconnect couplings, break-away couplings, expansion joints, hose reels, and related accessories.
Gaytri positions itself as a trusted solutions provider for the safe transfer of bulk fluid and gas, serving customers with a strong focus on quality, safety, technical capability, and customer satisfaction. The business combines manufacturing expertise with a wide product portfolio and a practical, service-led approach for industrial clients in demanding applications.
Whilst Gaytri is well established and a trusted partner globally, it currently has limited presence in the UK market and we are looking to change this.
We would like to strengthen the commercial team with sales and business development professionals who can identify new market opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and grow Gaytri’s presence across the UK. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in B2B technical or industrial sales, strong new business development skills, and the ability to communicate engineered product solutions clearly and commercially.

Sales Manager – Sales & Marketing (UK Market)

Preface:
To hire a senior, results-driven salesperson responsible for driving new business, generating demand, and expanding market presence for Gaytri solutions in the UK, primarily within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors.
Key Mandate
• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the UK market
• Identify, develop, and convert sales opportunities with EPC's and end users
• Build and execute market entry and expansion strategies
• Establish and strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders
• Support vendor registration/approvals with major EPCs and end users
• Develop and grow strategic/key accounts over time
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 15+ years of experience with a strong focus on Sales & Business Development
• Proven track record of new business acquisition (hunter profile mandatory)
• Experience selling engineered solutions / industrial equipment / process systems
• Strong exposure to Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industries
• Deep understanding of the UK industrial and manufacturing landscape
• Existing network with EPC's and end users in the UK preferred
Key Skills
• New business development & pipeline creation
• Strong commercial acumen and deal closure capability
• Stakeholder management (technical & commercial)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in selling bespoke engineered hoses and couplings would be preferred
Other Requirements
• Willingness to travel frequently around the UK
• Ability to operate in a cross-cultural, international setup
• Participate in exhibitions
• Should be a techno-commercial person
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BEng / MEng – Mechanical, Chemical, or related disciplines) preferred.
