Business Development Manager – Structural Insulated Panels\n\nJob Title: Business Development Manager – Structural Insulated Panels\n\nIndustry Sector: Structural Insulated Panels, Structural Panels, Insulated Panels, Off-Site Manufacturing, Timber Frame, Timber Frame Systems, Structural Roofing Systems, Structural Building Products, Exterior Building Systems, Housebuilders, Developers, Self Builders, Contractors, Main Contractors, Residential, Commercial, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager\n\nArea to be covered: Midlands & North (to the Scottish border)\n\nRemuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + uncapped commission giving OTE £70,000+\n\nBenefits: £250 car allowance & comprehensive benefits package\n\nThe role of the Business Development Manager – Structural Insulated Panels will involve:\n\n * Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of structural insulated panels\n\n * All of your time will be focused on selling to architects, medium housebuilders, developers, local authorities and smaller self-builders\n\n * Typical developers / housebuilder project sizes would be 10-60 residential houses\n\n * Will go after self-build / small developer projects such as; Grand Designs\n\n * Will be required to generated specification and follow project through to completion with contractors, developers\n\n * Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships\n\n * Once up and running will be targeted to turnover circa £2.5m\n\nThe ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager – Structural Insulated Panels with:\n\n * Must have construction sales experience selling off-site manufacturing solutions OR timber frame systems OR structural roofing systems / insulated panels\n\n * Would consider other product related backgrounds with the right route to market\n\n * Must have experience selling to housebuilders, developers, local authorities and smaller residential self-builders\n\n * Ideally have specification / contractors selling experience\n\n * Ideally have in depth knowledge of the structural systems used in the design / building a house\n\n * Strong presentation and communication skills\n\n * Tenacious, self motivated, intelligent and a strong focus on customer service\n\nMitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Field Sales Jobs, Construction field sales vacancies and Specification field sales positions within: Structural Insulated Panels, Structural Panels, Insulated Panels, Off-Site Manufacturing, Timber Frame, Timber Frame Systems, Structural Roofing Systems, Structural Building Products, Exterior Building Systems, Housebuilders, Developers, Self Builders, Contractors, Main Contractors, Residential, Commercial, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager
