If you are driven to WIN and have the ability to SELL with conviction and close high-value deals, don't miss this opportunity to accelerate your career and earnings with a high-growth business.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – SOUTH EAST ENGLAND To cover the area east of the M3/M25/A1 corridor to Peterborough. £40,000 - £60,000 year OTE Company vehicle & expensesPlease note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UKDistribution Supplies Group Limited is a company that consists of 3 trading distribution companies selling WALL & FLOOR TILES in bulk supply.We now want to expand the business by taking advantage of the opportunities/alternative income streams that our products give us that are currently under exploited.This will mean that we want a capable individual with a proven track record in business development to bring to us the expertise & experience required to further develop the TILE MERCHANTS branded products.The Role:We are looking for a capable individual who can “SELL” & broker pallet sales & full trailer sales of the portfolio of products which consist of wall & floor tiles & patio tiles for all domestic & commercial applications.The brief will include the creating an increase in our current share of the market in the SOUTH EAST hard selling to our customer base consisting of tile shops/distributors that currently make up the bulk of our customers.The area will stretch to all points from consisting of a broad band EAST of the M3/M25/A1 corridor up to Peterborough & all points eastThe ideal candidate:The successful candidate will be ambitious & self-motivated to be capable of taking control of the task and the further development of the opportunity that this sector offers.Over and above everything the appointed manager must be able to establish a solid business model to create a successful profitable sector for TILE MERCHANTS and to be able to bring to our existing group positive results and sizeable growth.Once positively established we are prepared to invest in further in the successful individual & accelerate the growth created.The applicant must be able to demonstrate success in previous roles, have a driving entrepreneurial mindset to want to see success and be able to offer a hands-on approach to all aspects of the tasks needed to make the position a success.Applicants are invited from all market sectors who are used to a field-based role and based within a commutable distance of all areas within the territory.Applicants should ideally be located in the SOUTHEAST or EAST to be best positioned to cover the territory.Benefits:Company vehicle provided & all company expenses & benefits commensurate with role.How to apply:If you have the skills and experience required for this position, click “apply” today to upload your CV and cover letter.
