My client is seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead the growth of the Social Housing Division across the North East.
This is a key strategic role, aimed at unlocking new opportunities and increasing our presence in the social housing market — complementing the £30 million per annum we already deliver from this region across broader sectors.
What You'll Be Doing

Identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities within the social housing sector.

Building strong relationships with housing associations, local authorities, and key stakeholders.

Working closely with our regional teams – including Divisional Director, Contract Managers, Surveyors, and Project Managers – to align business growth with operational capability.

Leveraging your market knowledge and network to position as a trusted delivery partner.
What We're Looking For
✔ A proven track record in business development within the social housing sector
✔ Deep understanding of the North East housing landscape, ideally already based in the region
✔ Strong industry network and ability to open doors quickly
