We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager specialising in Security services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the security industry. Duties
* Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new clients and grow existing accounts within the security sector.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for expansion.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients through regular communication and personalised service.
* Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our security solutions.
* Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
