Job Description
We’re excited to be partnering with a VC backed hospitality scale-up that has recently raised funding and is now expanding its Sales team. As part of this growth, they’re looking to hire 2 commercially driven Business Development Managers to help fuel their continued expansion across the UK and Europe.
Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, you’ll play a key role in driving new business, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline through to close. This is a great opportunity for a creative, highly autonomous salesperson who enjoys hunting, moving deals forward and closing with confidence.
You’ll be joining a small but mighty team of 30 people, based in London, working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home. The environment is fast paced, collaborative and full of opportunity to make a real impact.
As Business Development Manager, you will:
Own and expand your European territory, uncovering untapped opportunities and building strong relationships with key decision-makers Hunt, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients, driving deals forward with confidence and speed Deliver engaging, persuasive demos that clearly showcase the value of our SaaS solution Partner with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that accelerate adoption and fuel revenue growth Analyse performance, optimise your approach, and relentlessly drive your pipeline to exceed targets
We want to hear from you if:
You have 2+ years’ closing success in a new business focused sales role You have experience selling into hospitality/ leisure chains or selling SaaS platforms You’re a proactive, self motivated individual with high energy and a positive mindset You’re comfortable working in a fast paced scale up environment and thrive with autonomy
