About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing commercial solar PV division. This is a field-based sales role, focusing on converting pre-booked warm leads into signed contracts for commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) installations.
As the face of the company on the road, you’ll visit businesses across your designated region, build strong client relationships, and guide potential customers through the benefits and ROI of solar energy. All leads are qualified and pre-booked by our internal lead generation team, allowing you to focus solely on consultative selling and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend scheduled meetings with warm, pre-qualified commercial prospects (no cold calling).
Conduct on-site consultations, including site assessments and initial technical discussions.
Present compelling business cases for solar PV systems tailored to each client’s needs.
