Hybrid (London – Central | 2 Days Office / 3 Days Remote) Salary: Up to £45,000 + Commission (Realistic OTE £120k+) Permanent | Full-Time
OH Talent Solutions are thrilled to be supporting a leading Occupational Health provider in their search for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join their expanding Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who wants to be part of a fast-growing, forward-thinking organisation making a genuine impact on workplace health and wellbeing.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities across a range of sectors, including construction, waste management, telecoms, aviation, logistics, manufacturing, and wider blue-collar industries.
Working in a hybrid setup (2 days central London office / 3 days remote), you will:
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across both SME and large national clients
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within Occupational Health
* Nurture inbound leads and proactively target new prospects
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals
* Work closely with internal clinical and commercial teams to deliver tailored OH solutions
* Maintain accurate activity records via CRM (experience with Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred but not essential)
* Achieve and exceed revenue targets with a genuinely strong commission structure (OTE £110k+ achievable)
Experience Required
* Proven experience in business development / sales (essential)
* Experience in healthcare sales, Occupational Health, or clinical services is ideal
* We will also consider candidates from blue-collar or industrial sales environments
* Confident in building rapport with clients at all levels
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially astute
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* CRM and sales automation experience beneficial
