Business Development Manager (New Business) – SaaS (Engineering / Field Operations)
Location: UK-wide (remote)
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + 10% commission (uncapped)
OTE: £50,000+ (Year 1 realistic)

With ambitious growth plans, the business is scaling across the UK, with a clear roadmap to expand into the US market within the next two years.
The Role
This is a true hunter / new business role, responsible for driving revenue growth across the UK market.
You will own the full sales cycle – from prospecting through to close – targeting organisations with field-based engineers.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity (cold calling, LinkedIn, networking)
* Identify and engage decision-makers across engineering, operations, and leadership teams
* Deliver product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
