Business Development Manager London Venue Collection Salary: £45,000 + Bonus Working Pattern: MondayFriday | 1 Day WFH | 4 Days Field-Based
The Role My client is looking for a driven, people-focused Business Development Manager to grow revenue across an amazing venue collection. This is a 100% proactive sales role perfect for someone who thrives on being out and about, building relationships and converting leads. Looking for a natural networker with a strong industry presence and a well maintained little black book who is confident in representing the venues at events, trade shows and FAM trips.
Key Responsibilities -Proactively generate new business across corporate, agency and event markets -Build, manage and grow a strong pipeline of qualified leads -Leverage your existing network and develop new relationships within the events, hospitality and corporate sectors -Attend and host networking events, trade shows, industry events and FAM trips -Act as a brand ambassador for the venue collection in the market -Arrange and deliver venue show rounds and client meetings -Work closely with venue sales teams to convert opportunities into confirmed business -Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting -Stay ahead of market trends
About You -Proven experience in proactive B2B sales within venues, events, hospitality or related sectors -A confident networker who enjoys being out meeting people -A strong personal contact base (little black book) is highly desirable -Self motivated, target driven and results focused -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills -Passionate about venues, events and face-to-face selling
