Overview We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across our diverse hotel portfolio: Atrium Hotel Heathrow , Regency Park Hotel , Manor of Groves Hotel, Golf and Country Club , and Shendish Manor Hotel & Golf Club . The ideal candidate will combine strong sales instincts with modern marketing expertise and a tech-savvy approach to maximise occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility across all channels. Each property offers its own distinct character, services, and market positioning from corporate and airport-proximate stays to leisure retreats, countryside escapes, golf experiences, weddings, and social events. Despite their unique offerings, our shared commitment across the group is to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently exceed guest expectations. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, travel trade, and group segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel partners, and key stakeholders. Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to the unique positioning of each hotel. Work closely with the Group Director, Cluster General Manager, and individual Property Sales Heads to align commercial strategies and ensure cohesive execution across all hotels. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities across different regions. Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, pitches, and presentations. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Marketing & Brand Growth Collaborate with IT and sales teams to design and implement campaigns that drive direct bookings and brand visibility. Support the creation of marketing content including brochures, presentations, social media assets, and promotional offers. Use digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) to support lead generation and guest engagement. Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies to improve reach, engagement, and ROI. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all four hotels while highlighting each propertys unique strengths. Tech-Savvy Execution Interpret data from OTAs, booking engines, and digital platforms. Stay updated on hospitality technology trends and digital marketing innovations. Support digital initiatives that enhance guest engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue performance. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Hospitality Marketing. Strong understanding of hotel operations, distribution channels, and market segmentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital marketing platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
