- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for new client acquisition.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development within recruitment (social care, homecare, or similar sectors preferred).
- Strong skills in lead generation, cold outreach, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting KPIs.
