Business Development Manager – German Speaking

Innovate and drive growth in the DACH market for a leading EdTech provider. This role is based in London with a hybrid working model (2 days in office).

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the German‑speaking market.
  • Present, demonstrate value and close six‑figure deals with senior decision makers in German.
  • Build and maintain long‑term partnerships by actively listening and adapting communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer engagement and project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a tech sales professional or Account Executive in the DACH market.
  • Strong track record of closing enterprise‑level or mid‑market deals.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (writing and speaking). Additional languages are a plus.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to understand and adapt to prospects’ needs.
  • Experience selling to HR, Learning & Development, or in education is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary up to £90k (100% OTE), health and pension schemes, learning & development budget, work‑from‑anywhere allowance, and other benefits. Office perks include free food, drinks, a dog‑friendly workspace, and social events.
