Business Development Manager – Construction (North West)

I’m not looking for someone to “do a job”.

I’m looking for someone who wants to build something and get paid properly for it.

We run a scaffolding business in Manchester doing £1.3m+ turnover, working across new build housing, apartments and commercial projects.

We’ve got the infrastructure, the kit, and the reputation.

What we don’t have is someone properly driving new work.

That’s where you come in.

Earnings:

Basic + uncapped commission

Realistic £60k–£100k+ for the right person

What I want:

– Someone with a network in construction (housebuilders, main contractors, commercial)

– Someone who knows how to win work, not just talk about it

– Someone hungry

What I don’t want:

– Time wasters

– People who need hand holding

– People who just want a salary
