Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
Generating suitable business opportunities in line with the business strategy
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK construction sector
Build and maintain strong client and key stakeholders’ relationships
Develop winning strategies to secure contracts and expand our project portfoli
Support the bid management process as required
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations
Profile:
Your Skills Profile should include the following:
Extensive experience in business development within the UK construction industry
Demonstrable background working for a Main Contractor in similar roles
Proven experience and relationships with key Development organisations with an extensive network of contacts across varied sectors
Strong understanding of bid management processes for large-scale construction projects
Proven ability to win projects valued at £70 million or above.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
