Job Description
Business Development Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 OTE £20,000
Benefits: Company car, private healthcare, 25 days holiday
Location: Field Based -

What You’ll Be Doing
Driving new business through research, networking, and proactive prospecting
Developing and executing strategic plans to hit growth targets
Building and maintaining strong client and partner relationships
Leading negotiations and closing deals that deliver long-term value
What You’ll Need to Bring
Proven success in business development within the fleet or LCV sector
Strong commercial acumen and market insight
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
A self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
