What youll bring A self-motivated, results-focused mindset youre hungry to achieve and exceed targets
Confidence communicating with customers from all backgrounds via phone and email
A natural ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Proven success in a sales role whether in telesales, account management, or a customer-focused position
Experience in telesales or phone-based selling
Background or interest in Private Medical Insurance (PMI) desirable but not essential!
What youll be doing Engaging new and existing customers to understand their needs and budgets
Recommending tailored insurance solutions from top UK providers
Confidently handling objections and closing sales
Delivering exceptional service while achieving personal and team targets
