We are delighted to be working with a market-leading company to find them an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UKs largest property and landowners, identifying and securing high-profile billboard sites, windowfront projections, and digital screens in key locations.
You must be self-motivated, with a strong background in sales and business development. While previous advertising experience isnt required, a background in commercial property, estate agency, or a similar sector is highly desirable.
As a Business Development Executive you'll be responsible for: Identifying and securing new billboard, windowfront, and digital screen locations. Researching and assessing potential site acquisitions. Building and maintaining relationships with property owners and landlords. Negotiating lease terms and managing contracts. Managing a sales pipeline and tracking performance metrics. Overseeing planning applications and site development projects. Conducting business development and networking activities to grow the portfolio.
