Benefits for Business Development Executive
- Competitive base salary of circa £30,000 with the potential to earn up to an additional £10,000 in KPI bonuses (paid quarterly).
- Hybrid working model: Work from the office 3 days a week and enjoy the flexibility of remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities for Business Development Executive
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through direct sales activities
- Conduct data cleansing exercises and use provided data to generate sales interest and secure qualified appointments for the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing to execute coordinated campaigns and follow up on mailshots and other marketing activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing partner accounts
- Ensure customers are fully aware of the portfolio of services and identify potential new service requirements
- Prepare quotes and supporting documentation for customers within agreed timelines
- Accurately update the customer database and CRM system, ensuring efficient sales xbpsjku process administration
- Provide exceptional support to customers, including handling incoming sales calls, technical support, and customer service inquiries
Qualifications for Business Development Executive
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a focus on new business generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
