Business Development Executive
B2B Sales with Purpose | Make a Difference for Youth | Kettering (Hybrid)
This isnt a box-ticking sales role.

Theyre now looking for a Business Development Executive who enjoys opening doors, starting conversations and building long-term relationships not just chasing transactions. Your work will directly support todays youth, helping employers create meaningful opportunities that shape the next generation.
The role
A proactive, outward-facing position where youll manage your own pipeline and have consultative conversations with HR, Talent and People leaders. Youll identify opportunities for employers to improve early careers strategies and make a tangible difference for young people entering the workforce.
Theres structure and support but also space to bring your own style, ideas and energy.
What youll be doing
Generating new membership business via phone, email and LinkedIn
Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
Holding discovery conversations with decision-makers to understand challenges
Presenting services through engaging online meetings
Handling objections and guiding prospects through decision-making
Collaborating with marketing on campaigns and outreach
Attending employer events and forums to create youth-focused opportunities
Owning the customer journey from first contact to successful membership

Top-end salary of £32,000 + uncapped commission
